Lifetime Warranty

Status Grilles warrants that all products are free of structural and manufacturing defects for the life of the product.

Finish Warranty:

Status Grilles warrants powdercoat for 2 years from time of original purchase. These warranties are limited warranties and do not cover abuse, modification or improper installation nor do they cover finish failure caused by caustic cleaning agents, road salts or other chemicals. Status Grilles cannot warranty against chips or damage caused by rocks or other debris hitting your vehicle.

LED Light Bars:

We purchase our light bars through Jupiter LED Lighting. At the time of this printing, they offer a 15-year warranty on light bars. In case of warranty issue on your LED light bar, please contact Jupiter LED Lighting directly at 800-518-4070.

Exclusions & Limitations:

All warranties are covered only to the original purchaser and are not transferable. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage or defects caused by misuse, improper installation, overly tighten brackets and hardware, lack of proper care, abuse, unauthorized modification, accident, improper storage conditions, exposure to exceptionally harsh environments and/or road conditions, or natural disasters. Status Grilles will not be responsible for labor, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective part.

Limits of Liability:

Should the product(s) fail; your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement. We will not be held liable for harm or injury no matter the circumstance as well as any other party for damages that result from failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: loss of profits, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use this product. Status Grilles will not be held liable for any harm or injury no matter the circumstance. In no event will Status Grilles be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges.
